All services are delivered remotely via video conferencing, email, and collaboration tools.
One-Time Services: Payment is required in full before service delivery begins. We accept payment via Paddle, which processes credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods.
Retainer Services: Monthly retainer services are billed on the first day of each month. Payment is due within 5 business days of invoice date. Services may be suspended for non-payment.
Currency: All prices are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise specified.
Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.). Taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.

Timeline: Service delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness, complexity, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide timely access to necessary information, tools, systems, and personnel required for service delivery. Delays caused by lack of client cooperation may extend delivery timelines.
Quality: We commit to delivering services professionally and to industry standards. However, results may vary based on client implementation and business factors outside our control.
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them (audit reports, custom prompts, implementations, etc.).
Our Ownership: We retain ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, templates, and general knowledge. We may reuse general approaches and non-confidential insights in work for other clients.
Portfolio Use: We may use anonymized case studies and results for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We will maintain confidentiality of client information and not disclose specific business details, proprietary information, or sensitive data to third parties. Clients must inform us of any information that requires special confidentiality handling.
If a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required, this must be executed before service delivery begins.
Our services are consulting and advisory in nature. We provide recommendations and implementations based on best practices and our professional judgment, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and terms with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect services already purchased or active retainer agreements.
One-Time Services: Either party may terminate before service begins with full refund. Once service delivery has started, our Refund Policy applies.
Retainer Services: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. No refunds for the current billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet all client expectations or that implementations will be error-free.
We make no guarantees regarding specific ROI, time savings, or business outcomes, though we aim to deliver measurable value.
